Being a woman in business, or anyone for that matter, involves backing yourself, and being a little fearless, perhaps when it may be easier to run and hide. The bigger picture as I see it however, is not the current opportunity and weighing up the opportunity cost effectively, but losing the opportunity for the end goal, which could be far greater. So begs the question, how would you back yourself if you did not fear losing? What would you do if you were fearless? And what is fear holding you back from achieving? Because, fear, is never a good enough reason to fail to take action, or be proactive.
