Ave has been with Get Smart for the longest of all staff, and is able to put her hand to most any part of the assessment and the processing of applications from initial contact to settlement, not to mention supporting existing clients with renegotiating rates with their existing lender, to ensure that the lending is competitive for the longer term. She currently mainly focuses on the pre-assessment where she collects, save and sort documents, assess statements and analyze credit reports to verify no conduct issues or undisclosed debts, and provides information on Mortgage Protection Insurance for borrowers’ peace of mind.
