Mary Grace has been working with Get Smart as client liaison specialist for nine months.
She mainly focuses on the pre-assessment where she collects, save and sort documents, assess statements and analyze credit reports to verify no conduct issues or undisclosed debts, assist clients in reducing their rates, generate MPI for borrowers’ protection, and recently, up-skilled to doing servicing.
